Shipping & Return Policy
HOW LONG IS DELIVERY TIME?
The shipping time consists of two sections -
- Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are usually dispatched from manufacturer within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received.
- Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses.

ORDER & TRACKING
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 7-14 business days. When this is completed, your will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your cancellation policy?
You have 4 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.
What is the return policy?
If for any reason you don't like your product, please email us with the subject line “Return” and we will process the return. We do not refund shipping cost and return shipping is paid by the buyer.
